Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
10+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
Proven leadership in HR strategy, transformation, and policy development.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

Assist HR Director with strategic HR planning and digitalization.
Lead talent acquisition, development, and competency framework programs.
Oversee HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Drive culture-building, employee engagement, and ethical workplace practices.
Lead change management, HR analytics, and governance across locations.
Oversee General Affairs (GA) including facilities, security, transportation, and welfare operations.
