Confidential is seeking a senior leader to oversee the HR function, procurement management, and governance initiatives across the organization in Malaysia. The role emphasizes aligning HR policies with statutory requirements and driving cross-functional collaboration.

You will steer talent acquisition, development, vendor management, and KPI-driven performance while managing departmental budgets and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.

• Experience coordinating procurement strategies, vendor management, and contract negotiations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the strategic direction of the HR function, encompassing talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management, and organizational development.
• Ensure company policies and employee relations strictly align with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and relevant industrial relations frameworks.
• Champion capability building, training master plans, and leadership development initiatives to foster a high-performance workforce.
• Guide compensation and benefits strategies to maintain market competitiveness while managing operational budgets.
• Direct end-to-end procurement strategies, vendor management, and contract negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms, pricing, and quality standards.
• Establish robust procurement workflows, tender processes, and supplier evaluation matrices to drive cost efficiencies and minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Ensure all purchasing and vendor management practices comply with local statutory requirements, internal anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) policies, and corporate governance standards.
• Drive collaboration between HR and Procurement to streamline internal operations—such as aligning employment contracts with labor laws, onboarding third-party vendors securely, and maintaining company-wide compliance audits.
• Lead cross-departmental projects, change management initiatives, and corporate governance enhancements.
• Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for direct reports.
