Job summary

A leading telecom technology firm in Puchong seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee comprehensive HR functions. Key duties include recruitment, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR experience, strong leadership skills, and expertise in HR principles along with proficiency in payroll systems and MS Office. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred. The role operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including leadership exposure.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and payroll processes.
  • Hands-on approach to HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment and payroll.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports for management.
  • Drive annual headcount planning and recruitment budget.
  • Monitor labor costs and provide recommendations for efficiency.
  • Manage expatriate processes including Employment Pass applications.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Maintain HR systems and insurance policies.
  • Execute strategic HR projects annually.
