Job summary

Crop Power Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on and strategic HR Manager to lead and strengthen our HR function as the company grows. This role collaborates with management, builds people strategies, and drives HR systems and policies while ensuring compliance with Malaysian law.

The successful candidate will operate at both strategic and operational levels, translating business plans into practical HR solutions and taking ownership of implementation to support scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, management or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience; experience in growing SMEs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Able to translate business needs into practical HR solutions and policies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR & Business Partnering with management and department heads.
• Develop, review and improve HR policies, SOPs, systems and processes.
• Review organisation structure, manpower requirements and reporting lines.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent development and retention strategies.
• Develop and implement KPI, appraisal and performance management systems.
• Identify training needs and support career and succession planning.
• Review salary structures, benefits, and HR practices.
• Advise on employee relations and compliance with legislation.
• Provide HR analytics and management reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes.
• Lead and develop the HR team to be professional and service-oriented.
