Zusammenfassung

Crop Protection (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a high-energy HR professional to lead talent development and workforce planning. You will partner with business leaders to strengthen leadership capability, build talent pipelines, and drive strategic workforce development.

You will focus on upskilling, IDPs, succession planning, leadership assessment, and analytics, while supporting HR operations and employee administration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Masters will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years' working experience in the similar field.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Talent development and training plan and implementation.
• Design, monitor, and follow up on Individual Development Plans for identified talents and successors.
• Develop and maintain succession planning frameworks and talent pools.
• Coordinate leadership assessment activities (360s, profiling, competency assessment).
• Prepare talent analytics reports, dashboards, and insights for management decisions.
• Engage with HODs, SMT, and HR teams to identify talent gaps and development needs.
• Support HR Operations and ensure smooth employee administration processes.
