Job summary

Connor Manufacturing Services (JB) Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR professional to manage full-spectrum HR functions, with emphasis on talent acquisition, employee training and development, and handling employee relations and disciplinary matters in line with local statutory laws and company standards.

You will drive recruitment for high-volume headcount, coordinate training, oversee audits and compliance to ISO/RBA standards, and support ad-hoc HR tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR management or business administration.
• 3–5 years HR experience, manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, local HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit end-to-end recruitment to support high-volume headcount.
• Identify training needs and coordinate in-house and external training.
• Handle disciplinary matters and employee relations per Labour Law.
• Participate in audits and ensure HR practices comply with local laws and standards.
• Execute other HR/administrative tasks as assigned.
