Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a Regional Rewards Specialist to support compensation, benefits, and HR analytics across the region. The role focuses on data-driven insights, policy compliance, and stakeholder collaboration with People & Culture Ops to drive talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
The ideal candidate will manage salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and rewards governance, while maintaining accurate data in HR systems and delivering timely reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Compensation/Benefits/HR Operations or Rewards Administration.
- Experience with multiple industries is a plus.
- Exposure to regional or multinational compensation frameworks is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews and incentives.
- Salary benchmarking and market analysis for competitiveness.
- Prepare compensation and benefits reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide timely HR support to stakeholders on compensation and benefits.
- Drive process improvements and automation in rewards programs.
