Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a procurement professional to plan and execute the purchasing of medical and non-medical items for Central Store and wards. You will verify PRs/POs, ensure pricing accuracy, and coordinate supplier selection and approvals with internal stakeholders.

The role requires a degree, with MBA/finance background preferred, and strong communication and IT skills for effective procurement within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required for the role.
• MBA or degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Procure medical and non-medical items and manage stock for Central Store, Ward, and services.
• Verify PRs and POs, ensure price accuracy and supplier details before approvals.
• Coordinate supplier selection, quotations, and CID/PDPA/Form requirements.
• Communicate with internal customers and external suppliers to ensure timely purchases.
• Maintain records and reports related to Purchasing activities.
