Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Key Account Executive to drive sales targets across healthcare channels by managing key accounts and engaging healthcare professionals. You will deliver product presentations, CME sessions, and value-based messaging to ensure adoption and long-term growth.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a degree in a science or medical field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science or Medical-related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare products and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through strategic key account planning and high-impact engagements.
• Conduct a minimum of 8 quality customer calls per day with healthcare customers.
• Promote OTC, pharmaceutical, and medical device products to pharmacies, hospitals and facilities.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers across accounts.
