Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Key Account Executive to manage strategic accounts in the healthcare sector. You will drive sales across OTC, pharmaceutical, and medical devices, engage with pharmacists and HCPs, and deliver compelling presentations while ensuring inventory and compliance across assigned accounts.

The role requires at least 1 year of domain experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel within Klang Valley.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of the industry, market, competitors, customers, products, and services with foundational selling skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, and warranties.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the Klang Valley area.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through strategic key account planning and high-impact customer engagements.
• Conduct a minimum of 8 quality customer calls per day with targeted healthcare customers.
• Promote and sell OTC, pharmaceutical, and medical device products to pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and value-based selling messages to drive adoption.
• Conduct CME sessions in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely follow-up and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and activities.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent shortages or overstock.
