Job summary

Kenanga Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks a senior leader to head Group Procurement, Facilities Management and Administration, and governance functions. You will shape strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier relationships while ensuring safety compliance and policy adherence.

You will coach and develop teams, manage budgets, and drive cost-saving initiatives across the group, coordinating with boards and external partners to optimize value and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with strong procurement exposure.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor contract management.
• Knowledge of facilities management and workplace safety requirements.
• Understanding of regulatory governance and policy development.
• Proven ability to drive cost savings and ensure value delivery.
• Leadership experience in managing groups and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement management including strategy, supplier sourcing, contract negotiation and risk management.
• Oversee facilities management and administration, vendor services, and safety compliance.
• Review and update policies, procedures, and outsourcing plans for governance.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget with proper resource management.
• Ensure licenses, permits, fire safety, and occupational safety compliance.
• Coach and develop team members, monitor performance and learning initiatives.
• Drive OPEX reduction initiatives and monitor supplier performance.
