Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Senior Corporate Services leader to oversee group-wide finance, HR, procurement, IT and admin functions, ensuring disciplined execution across a growing regional network.

You will lead budgeting, financial planning, performance analysis and investment appraisal, providing dashboards and decision papers to the CEO while coordinating with Group Finance, Legal, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Management or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification or professional accounting qualification is advantageous.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate services, finance, or business management.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and coordination of multiple support functions.
• Healthcare, multi-site businesses or organisational transitions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Services team, coordinating services provided by Group Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, IT and other shared functions.
• Develop operating plan, budget, staffing and KPIs; coach team members and establish scalable processes.
• Own financial planning, budgeting cycle, rolling forecasts, and management reports; provide CEO with dashboards.
• Lead feasibility studies, investment appraisal and post‑opening performance tracking.
• Oversee administration, documentation, and procurement governance; coordinate with Legal and other functions.
• Drive Marketing and Communications planning and execution across Group ACC; ensure alignment with service propositions.
