Job summary

PEOPLE & GLOBAL SDN BHD is seeking a sales professional to develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets, while building strong, long-term relationships with customers and understanding their needs. A solid grasp of market trends, products, and problem-solving approaches will be essential in this role.

You will also coordinate pre-sales activities, including contacting prospects via email or phone, delivering presentations, and participating in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets set by management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding and addressing their needs.
• Develop a strong understanding of market trends, products, and management-driven problem-solving approaches.
• Formulate and implement cost-effective marketing strategies.
• Assist in coordinating and managing pre-sales activities, including contacting potential and existing customers via email or phone, as well as conducting presentations and meetings.
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives to create additional revenue opportunities.
• Analyze potential partnership opportunities for products.
• Monitor, record, and report customer satisfaction levels.
• Identify market requirements for current and future products through market research, analysis, and customer/non-customer visits.
• Assist in sales and marketing activities for the group's business-to-business publications, including collecting advertising materials, liaising with printers, and ensuring accurate printing and credit control.
• Actively participate in sales, marketing, and business development activities to identify new business opportunities and market segments, including generating leads and appointments.
