You will develop and execute strategies to reach sales targets and identify new opportunities such as partnerships, tenders, and projects. You will build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, conduct market research, and prepare compelling proposals and pitches.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business development or sales (industry experience preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities; English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, tenders, and projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade exhibitions, and business forums.
• Continuously seek process improvements and recommend innovative approaches to business development.
