Job summary

Binance in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Specialist to support vendor onboarding, manage the vendor lifecycle, and lead negotiations across regions. You will ensure compliance, drive efficiency, and strengthen procurement controls in a fast-paced, global tech environment.

You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher, have 5–8 years in indirect procurement, and are fluent in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to engage vendors and stakeholders across regions.
• 5–8 years hands-on experience in indirect procurement.
• Drive procurement efficiency with focus on process and cost.
• Deep knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Vendor Assessment procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication and organization.
• User-focused with ownership mindset and delivery-driven attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong negotiation skills for favorable outcomes.
• FinTech/Financial services or consulting background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor onboarding, including vendor creation and due diligence.
• Assist daily procurement operations across indirect categories per policies.
• Manage vendor lifecycle: RFP/RFQ, selection, and performance reviews.
• Lead vendor negotiations on price, delivery, SLAs, and contract follow-up.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and procurement compliance initiatives.
• Support data analysis, invoice validation, and procurement documentation.
