Job summary

Mammoet Romstar Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Global Mobility & Talent Capability Lead based in Malaysia (Pasir Gudang / Kuala Lumpur).

The role oversees international employee mobility governance and compliance while driving initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities. You will ensure programs meet immigration, tax, and regulatory requirements and support leadership development and talent pipelines in line with business strategy.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of HR experience with strong exposure to global mobility.
• Deep knowledge of international mobility compliance (immigration, tax, relocation governance).
• Experience working with multi-jurisdiction / cross-country workforce environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global mobility governance to ensure immigration, tax and employment regulation compliance.
• Develop and maintain policies and processes for international assignments, cross-border travel and relocation.
• Collaborate with external advisors and internal stakeholders on immigration, tax and regulatory matters.
• Ensure mobility policies are compliant, transparent and consistently applied.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update policies to mitigate risks.
• Provide guidance to HR and business leaders on mobility compliance requirements.
• Lead capability development initiatives and align with talent management and workforce planning.
