The ideal candidate has 8+ years in senior management in electronics manufacturing, MBA, bilingual Bahasa Malaysia and English, and a track record of delivering results.
Experience in supplier relationships, risk management and regulatory compliance is highly valued.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in senior management, proven leadership in a manufacturing setting.
- Deep knowledge of electronics manufacturing and quality systems.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English for diverse stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning to define vision, targets and market alignment.
- Quality management with ISO compliance and continuous improvement.
- Financial oversight including budgeting and cost control.
- Lead a senior management team, develop talent and build a culture of quality.
- Manage supply chain, supplier relationships and mitigate risks.
- Oversee sales, customer relations and key accounts.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management to protect operations.
- Represent the company to stakeholders and lead important negotiations.
