Job summary

You will perform variance analysis, prepare weekly performance updates, and participate in 5-year plan and annual budgets, while ensuring IFRS/MAF compliance and coordination with HQ.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of FP&A and/or accounting experience, preferably with exposure to audit or taxation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or related field.
• Analytical and systematic working style with strong numbers understanding.
• Business fluent English skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly financial and operation performance closings.
• Prepare monthly analyses and explain variances vs budget for reporting managers.
• Support budget creation and 5-year plan at site level.
• Ensure IFRS/MAF compliance and reliability of financial statements.
• Coordinate with Statutory & Taxation Managers and HQ for audits and tax submissions.
