Infosys in Malaysia seeks an FP&A professional to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy across sources.

You will perform variance analysis between Actuals, Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year, support annual budgeting and forecasting, and track KPIs like Revenue, Gross Profit, Opex, and EBITDA. Collaborative role with management reporting and ad hoc analyses.

Qualifikationen

• CA/CMA/MBA Finance/B.Com/M.Com. required or similar qualification.
• 2-5 years of FP&A or management reporting experience.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
• Perform variance analysis between Actuals, Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year results.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Consolidate financial data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy.
• Track key business KPIs including Revenue, Gross Profit, Operating Expenses, and EBITDA.
• Assist in preparation of management presentations and reporting packs.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure adherence to reporting timelines and governance requirements.
