Job summary

Infosys Limited in Malaysia is seeking a capable FP&A professional with 2–5 years of experience to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.

You will perform variance analysis, support budgeting and forecasting, consolidate data from multiple sources, and track KPIs such as revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and EBITDA. Proficiency in Excel and ERP/BI tools is valued.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA/MBA Finance or B.Com/M.Com degree.
• 2-5 years of FP&A or Management Reporting experience.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
• Perform variance analysis between Actuals, Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year results.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Consolidate financial data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy.
• Track key business KPIs including Revenue, Gross Profit, Operating Expenses, and EBITDA.
• Assist in preparation of management presentations and reporting packs.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure adherence to reporting timelines and governance requirements.
