Affin Pheim is seeking a Sales Executive in Genting Highlands to manage daily FCN buy/sell transactions, monitor cash/stock levels, and ensure accurate rate entry. You will support sales targets, provide customer service excellence, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize BDC operations.

The role requires a degree or diploma, banking or FX experience, strong numeracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with shift hours.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• Experience in banking, foreign exchange, cash management, or customer-facing financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily FCN buy and sell transactions per procedures and rates.
• Monitor FCN cash and stock levels for daily needs.
• Manage disposal and replenishment of FCN stock.
• Monitor market rates and maintain competitive pricing.
• Enter rates accurately into systems.
• Provide professional service and meet sales targets.
• Maintain records and escalate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal staff for smooth BDC operations.
