Job summary

Universal Robina Munchy's is seeking a Key Account Manager in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. The role focuses on strategic account planning, negotiation of national contracts, and building strong trade relationships to drive sales in the FMCG sector.

The candidate should have a degree in Business/Marketing and 3–5 years of Key Account Management experience in FMCG, with proven relationship management capabilities to manage key decision makers and coordinate promotions with the sales force.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing.
• 3–5 years related experience in Key Account Management in FMCG.
• Experience in Strategic Customer Management and Relationship Management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Key Account Management with customers.
• Negotiate national contracts based on commercial policy and client objectives.
• Monitors agreements roll-out and investments.
• Maintains relationships with customers’ key decision makers.
• Manages the account’s P&L and coordinates promotions with the sales force.
• Builds business plans for each assigned customer and designs promotion plans.
