Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 3 years' experience in general insurance industry.
• Qualified member of a recognised professional accounting body (e.g., CPA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Broad knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory reporting in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management functions of the Company.
• Oversee accounting, cash flow planning, investment, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain timely financial statements, regulatory and management reports.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures.
• Liaise with Bank Negara Malaysia and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Advise business managers on technical accounting, financial, management and regulatory issues.
• Lead and develop high-performance staff through assessment and training.
