Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant finance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Solid balance sheet reviews, internal audit/control, and tax management experience.
• Capex lifecycle management including ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee Capex budgeting, tracking, and asset verification.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Manage local tax compliance and incentive reporting.
• Partner with operations to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Leverage SAP and other ERP tools to automate processes and improve data accuracy.
