Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Malaysia seeks a seasoned finance professional to drive CS business and financial reporting towards accurate, timely targets. You will manage ANP/VONB reporting, portfolio profitability monitoring, and end-to-end financial processes across channels.

With a degree in Finance or Accountancy and at least six years in a related role, you’ll excel at Excel, PowerPoint, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance and decision support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in related industry.
• Self-motivated, committed and possess initiatives and drive in job.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment as well as the flexibility to work hours needed to meet deadlines if necessary.
• High proficiency in using spreadsheets, MS Excel, Word and Power point
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• The position is responsible for all aspects of business reporting including contest and sales reports, and provides systematic and readable reports for reference.
• ANP and VONB reporting - ensure accurate and timely periodic reporting and improve reporting within the division.
• Prepare other financial and management reporting such as premium accruals, experience refund and reserve, ensuring compliance with statutory and group reporting requirements.
• Assist in monitoring portfolio profitability by channel and track persistency to optimize division profitability.
• Support agency channel by delivering monthly contest reports and agency production reports for PIAM license maintenance.
• Support CS budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of planning materials/slides; respond to management requests.
• Support CS Finance’s collection management reports and detailed monthly analysis.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement / automation in data preparation and drive realization.
