AI Rudder Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a hands-on finance professional to manage full-set accounts, SST, tax and data-driven reporting. You’ll drive automation with Excel, Power Query and Power BI, partner with operations, and ensure compliance across local and cross-border transactions.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, are MIA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA qualified or pursuing, and have 3–5 years in accounting, with strong Xero and English/Bahasa/Mandarin skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• MIA member or pursuing ACCA/CPA/CIMA preferred.
• 3–5 years in an accounting role; Big 4/audit to commercial move encouraged.
• High proficiency in Xero and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Power Query or Power BI experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Manage full set of accounts; journal entries, accruals, and prepayments in Xero.
• Prepare timely monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, oversee AP/AR and bank reconciliations.
• Lead SST returns, corporate tax computations, and WHT compliance.
• Oversee LHDN E-Invoicing implementation for compliant invoicing.
• Coordinate year-end audit with external auditors and company secretaries.
• Provide financial data and commentary to operational heads for budgeting.
• Automate schedules with Excel/Power Query and create Power BI dashboards.
