Responsibilities

• Lead the school’s annual budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and financial planning processes in partnership with the Campus Principal.
• Monitor financial performance and expenditure against approved budgets, identifying variances, risks and areas needing attention.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to campus leadership to support planning and decision-making.
• Support longer-term financial planning based on enrolment, staffing, and school priorities.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements, internal controls and delegated authorities.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure governance, value for money and alignment with budgets.
• Lead and develop Finance team members through direction, coaching and performance management.
• Establish and monitor departmental and school-wide budgets with budget holders.
• Provide financial modelling and analysis for major projects and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and ensure resources support school priorities.
