Taylor's University Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Finance Manager to lead financial stewardship, planning and governance for the school. You will deliver clear commercial insights to leadership, strengthen controls and ensure long-term financial sustainability.

The role connects enrolment, staffing, capacity utilisation and operating costs to EBITDA and cash flow, translating analysis into practical actions for improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and a recognised professional accounting qualification.
• 10–15 years of relevant finance experience, including at least five years in leadership or controllership.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audit, taxation, internal control and team management.
• Strong written and verbal English, with ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-term projections.
• Own monthly close, ensure accuracy of financial statements and audit readiness.
• Oversee revenue, billing, collections and credit governance to manage working capital.
• Manage cash flow, treasury activities and working capital strategy.
• Provide governance over procurement, capex, asset records and lifecycle costs.
• Coach and develop the finance team to improve performance and continuity.
