The successful candidate will manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and risk, lead the finance team, and collaborate with other departments to align financial strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in finance, with 2+ years in management.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, forecasting.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Oversee cash flow and liquidity management.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and international standards.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team; collaborate with other departments.
• Assess financial risks and implement risk management strategies.
• Evaluate and optimize financial processes and systems.
