Job summary

Nexus Global Operator seeks a Senior Finance & Corporate Services leader in Malaysia to own the end-to-end finance and governance agenda. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, treasury and management reporting for the CEO and Board, while shaping vendor governance and corporate administration to scale a lean organization.

You will implement robust financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate company secretarial duties, HR administration and outsourced service delivery with

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with professional qualification.
• 10+ years progressive finance experience with governance focus.
• Experience with board reporting, treasury and budgeting.
• Exposure to payments/fintech or outsourced operating models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and year-end close.
• Lead budgets, forecasts, cash-flow planning and scenario modelling.
• Maintain financial controls, policies and audit readiness.
• Shape procurement governance including contracts, approvals and spend oversight.
• Coordinate corporate administration and company secretarial activities.
• Manage outsourced providers and ensure service delivery meets agreements.
