Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 8–15 years in manufacturing operations, electronics preferred.
- Proven cross-functional leadership in large-scale production.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems, Lean methodologies, and modern manufacturing technologies.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operations strategies to meet production targets.
- Translate goals into actionable plans for manufacturing, logistics, and resources.
- Lead capacity planning, factory layout optimisation, and capex projects.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering for seamless NPI.
- Manage procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
- Work with Supply Chain and Sales to minimise lead time.
- Ensure ISO, UL, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction.
