Job summary

EPS Malaysia seeks a capable leader to head and oversee all technical and production activities in the project phase of new products to meet customer requirements and budgeted expenses.

You will lead and oversee assigned projects for existing or new customers, ensure smooth handover to Production, and conduct training to ensure knowledge and lessons learned are documented and transferred. You will participate in management initiatives to resolve critical issues and improve overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all technical and production activities in the project phase of new products to be manufactured in the company so as to meet customer requirements and budgeted expenses.
• Lead and oversee assigned Projects of existing or new customer.
• Ensure smooth and proper handover of Projects to Production. Conduct training to relevant parties to ensure knowledge and lesson learnt are documented and know how are transferred in a sustainable manner.
• Participate actively in Management initiatives to resolve critical issues, improve overall operational performances/productivities etc
