Job summary

Benchmark Electronics seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to ensure smooth material flow supporting production and customer needs. You will collaborate with customers, purchasing, planning, operations, and engineering to manage inventory, optimize performance, and ensure on-time material availability in a fast-paced EMS environment.

The role requires data analysis skills, problem-solving ability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, engineering, or supply chain.
• Minimum 2 years in an EMS/manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components and supply chain processes.
• Familiar with MRP systems such as Baan or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage material planning and inventory levels to meet demand.
• Collaborate with customers, operations, and purchasing to optimize stock.
• Monitor supply, identify shortages, and expedite deliveries.
• Support engineering changes, NPI, and EOL material management.
• Develop supplier AVL options and alternative sourcing.
• Analyze data and recommend process improvements.
• Implement customer inventory programs like Kanban, Safety Stock, and VMI.
