Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a commercially minded transformation leader to drive digital initiatives across the leasing business in Malaysia. You will partner with senior stakeholders to identify challenges, build business cases, and secure funding, then lead delivery from concept to realization.

The role emphasizes strong business analysis, financial modelling, stakeholder management, and project leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IS, Engineering, or related.
8-10+ years experience in business analysis, transformation, strategy, or consulting.
Experience building business cases and investment proposals.
Experience leading cross-functional projects with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Lead business strategy and transformation initiatives across Commercial, Credit, Risk, and Operations.
Develop roadmaps, define initiatives, and set priorities aligned with strategic objectives.
Create detailed business cases, ROI analyses, and funding proposals for transformation projects.
Coordinate with Finance, DT, and stakeholders to validate assumptions and measure benefits.
Manage programs end-to-end including governance, risk, and post-implementation reviews.
