You will oversee personnel, budgets, and portfolio initiatives while partnering with international stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions for Mercedes-Benz worldwide.

You will guide distributed agile teams, foster development, and ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment with hybrid work from the Wisma Mercedes-Benz office

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or business informatics with several years in IT.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on innovation and growth.
• Experience leading distributed agile development teams and international partners.

Responsibilities

• Disciplinary responsibility for a team and budget within an organizational unit.
• Represent the unit to stakeholders and collaborate with business partners to generate new orders.
• Plan and analyze key figures to control the unit financially.
• Make personnel decisions including selection, capacity, and remuneration aspects.
• Participate in strategy development and manage portfolio to meet strategic requirements.
• Support employees' professional and personal development and manage team dynamics.
• Promote international collaboration and drive transformation initiatives.
