Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Penang is seeking a Digital Solutions Project Manager to lead a portfolio of high-impact strategic programs. You will define objectives, plan roadmaps, and drive execution with cross-functional teams across RnD, Product, and other functions.

In this role you will engage with customers, manage risks, and ensure quality deliverables while tracking performance metrics and enabling organizational change. A senior, numbers-driven leader is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of strategic projects aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with RnD, Product Management and other teams to ensure execution.
• Engage with customers to identify opportunities and align on priorities.
• Develop program roadmaps, scopes, and manage risks and resources.
• Monitor plans, track KPIs, and report on program health.
• Facilitate change management and ensure quality deliverables.
