Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Penang is seeking an experienced professional to lead test manufacturing readiness for new products from concept to volume production. You will develop integrated project plans and coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality while managing external partners.

The role requires strong knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing operations, and ramp-up, with excellent project management and stakeholder skills, including experience with global sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Elec/Computer Engineering, CS, Manufacturing, or Ops Mgmt.
• 6+ years in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or NPI program management.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in a test manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing operations, and ramp-up.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with global manufacturing sites and contract manufacturers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead test manufacturing readiness activities for new product introductions from concept through volume production.
• Develop and manage integrated test project plans, aligning Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and external partners.
• Drive readiness reviews covering test production setup, materials, capacity, test infrastructure, systems and resource requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to schedule, quality, materials, capacity, equipment, and processes.
• Monitor project execution, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to management.
• Support capital equipment planning and facility requirements to meet future production demand.
• Lead issue resolution through structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing standards.
