Job summary

Port of Tanjung Pelepas is seeking a Strategy Deployment Manager to translate strategic direction into measurable priorities, objectives and executable initiatives. You will work with SMT, Transformation Department and the General Manager to maintain the deployment framework and annual cycle.

Your role includes coordinating the Company Scorecard and KPI cascading, supporting Board decisions, and driving Kaizen, LEAN and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/strategy/engineering or related field.
• Hands-on LEAN and Kaizen experience required.
• Exposure to Strategy Deployment or Corporate Performance Management advantageous.
• Strong English writing, presentation and facilitation capability.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI capability advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategy development and annual deployment cycle.
• Coordinate Company Scorecard, KPI setting and cascading processes.
• Support SMT and Board discussions with analysis and papers.
• Lead LEAN, Kaizen and structured problem solving initiatives.
• Ensure governance and traceability of strategic deployment decisions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment of priorities and ownership.
