Job summary
Port of Tanjung Pelepas in Malaysia seeks a proactive professional to support the Supply Chain Division's strategic automation and digital transformation across Procurement, Material Planning and Warehouse. You will help build a smarter, data-driven supply chain to drive efficiency and governance.
The role focuses on identifying opportunities for automation, dashboards and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in cost, lead times and service
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields.
- Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong analytical, reporting, coordination and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP, Power BI and automation exposure is advantageous.
- Organized, detail-oriented and improvement-driven.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate automation roadmaps, project milestones and implementation progress.
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support process mapping, workflow analysis and system enhancements.
- Prepare management dashboards, KPI reports and performance analysis.
- Monitor project risks, deliverables and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digitalization.
- Maintain governance documentation, compliance records and audit readiness.
- Support change management, user engagement and system adoption.
