Job summary

Port of Tanjung Pelepas is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Executive to provide planning, scheduling, progress measurement and forecasting expertise across the PID project portfolio in Malaysia.

You will develop, maintain and analyse schedules, enable proactive decision-making and support project execution with validated progress information, working closely with Project Managers, engineers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Certification in Project Management or Planning would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling and controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update comprehensive project schedules from project initiation through execution, commissioning and close-out.
• Translate approved project scope into structured and measurable schedules.
• Establish activity sequencing, durations, dependencies and milestones.
• Develop scheduling structures that provide clear visibility of execution requirements.
• Maintain baseline schedules and support revisions with validated progress information.
