Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Demand Planner in Malaysia to drive accurate demand signals and align BUs with Manufacturing and Supply. You will translate local market conditions into actionable data in Kinaxis and influence planning through collaboration with Commercial BUs, Regulatory, Finance, and local Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities include gathering and forecasting demand factors, integrating stats with market knowledge, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to S&OE and IBP meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of experience in demand planning.
• Fluent English communication and writing skills.
• Fluent in Japanese communication is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather past and future demand factors from BUs and forecast impacts in planning tools.
• Integrate statistical forecasting with local market knowledge to enrich demand planning.
• Ensure accurate master data in planning and ERP tools and use of planning parameters.
• Analyze and question assumptions, consolidate forecasts across markets, ensure coherence of final plan.
• Participate in S&OE to deliver root cause analysis of demand plan changes in short-term horizon.
• Support preparation and presentation of demand plans in IBP meetings.
