Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Statistics or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting roles.
• Understanding of demand forecasting methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to translate data into actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee demand planning and management processes for new and existing products to ensure reliable supply.
• Develop and implement product demand plans aligned to targets.
• Create seasonal demand forecasts and anticipate promotions to ensure supply readiness.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, client management and supply chain partners to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor actual offtake against forecasts and address variances proactively.
