Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Demand Planner to serve as the customer interface for the demand plan and shipment information. You will develop a feasible operational plan and own its execution to achieve customer satisfaction and minimize liabilities.

You will collaborate with business units and customers to create a collaborative demand plan, build a Master Schedule, and load it into the ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate revenue forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, or Master’s degree.
• Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP.
• 1–2 years of materials-related experience.
• Proficient English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative demand plan with BU and Customer.
• Create Master Schedule via material and capacity sizing.
• Load Master Schedule into ERP system.
• Maintain feasible production plan and work with operations to execute it.
• Develop revenue forecast and monitor performance against targets.
• Monitor planning metrics and drive continuous improvement.
