Job summary

Jabil Sdn Bhd (Global Business Center) in Malaysia seeks a planning professional to serve as the customer interface for demand planning and shipment information. You will develop an executable operational plan, own its execution, and drive customer satisfaction while minimizing liability and improving planning metrics.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience (or a Master’s with no experience) and strong ERP/MRP knowledge, plus proficient English and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2 years experience or Master’s degree without experience.
• Proven knowledge of ERP/MRP and ability to implement production plans.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative demand plan with BU and customer.
• Create Master Schedule and assess resource capacity.
• Load Master Schedule into the Jabil ERP system.
• Develop feasible production plan with operations team.
• Develop revenue forecast and monitor performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor planning metrics for continuous improvement.
• Adhere to security policies and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
