Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the Master Schedule, manage demand requirements, and ensure effective material planning to support business and operations.

This role drives demand planning processes, data accuracy, and continuous improvement to optimize material coverage and cost, collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying Excel-based analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, materials planning, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF).
• Good understanding of demand planning, material requirements, and inventory management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Schedule based on demand and business requirements.
• Consolidate and analyze demand to ensure alignment with planning guidelines.
• Monitor demand, material coverage, and key planning indicators.
• Identify demand gaps, risks, and opportunities and drive appropriate actions.
• Manage component requirements and assess material implications.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes and systems.
• Prepare and maintain planning reports and data analysis using Excel.
• Support implementation and training of new planning processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve planning and material issues.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities aligned with business objectives.
