Ambition in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Strategic Delivery Manager for a 12-month contract at KL Eco City. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning complex priorities into measurable results and coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will own portfolios and roadmaps, lead end-to-end programmes, manage scope, risk and budget, and communicate with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience with at least 5 in project/programme management or strategy execution.
• Proven ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organisations.
• Hands-on experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery environments.
• Experience developing and delivering communication plans for strategic programmes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Insurance, financial services or management consulting background is a plus.

Our client, a leading insurance organisation, is looking for a Strategic Delivery Manager to join their team on a 12-month contract based in KL Eco City. The Role

From strategy to delivery, you will:

• Contribute to quarterly and annual planning cycles, supporting leadership on prioritisation and sequencing

What We're Looking For

You'll be a strong fit if you bring:

• At least eight years' experience, with a minimum of five in project or programme management, or strategy execution
• Proven ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives within complex, matrixed organisations
• Hands-on experience across both Waterfall and Agile delivery environments
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing communication plans for strategic or transformation programmes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confident senior stakeholder engagement
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
• A background in insurance, financial services or management consulting is a plus
