Job summary

Ambition, based in Cyberjaya, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of application and software initiatives.

This permanent, hybrid role offers collaboration with global stakeholders, leadership of cross-functional teams, and a path to delivering digital solutions from concept to live deployment. The position is based in Cyberjaya with a 3-day office, 2-day home arrangement, promoting innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading medium to large-scale application or software projects
• Experience delivering complex IT initiatives with measurable business impact
• Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders in global, multicultural environments
• Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery with JIRA/Confluence/MS Project
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification is a strong advantage
• Solid SDLC knowledge with large-scale transformation or migration programmes
• Fluent in written and spoken English

IT Project Manager | Cyberjaya | PermanentOur client is a globally connected technology organisation operating at the heart of a complex and fast-moving digital ecosystem. Based in Cyberjaya, they are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to take ownership of end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of strategic application and software initiatives.

What We're Looking For

A delivery-focused IT Project Manager who brings both breadth and depth:

• At least 5 years leading medium to large-scale application or software projects - infrastructure PM experience alone DOES NOT meet the requirements for this role
• A strong track record of delivering complex IT initiatives with measurable business impact, beyond technical implementation
• Able to manage and influence senior stakeholders effectively in global, multicultural environments
• Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches, with hands-on use of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a strong advantage
• Solid SDLC knowledge with experience in large-scale transformation or migration programmes
• Fluent in written and spoken English
