Job summary

Knowles Electronics Malaysia is seeking a QA/ QC professional to act as the customer interface for quality issues and audits. The role emphasizes developing procedures, driving preventive actions, and coordinating 8D reports to ensure timely closure of customer concerns.

The candidate will perform management system audits, liaise with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with QMS, EMS and OSH standards within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Education: At least a Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-3 years in QC in semiconductor/electronic field or fresh graduate.
• Skill: Quality tools.
• Special Requirement: Experience in a fast moving high-technology manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as customer interface between the factory and customer on quality issues and during audits.
• Develop and implement procedures promoting prevention techniques and continuous improvement.
• Perform and coordinate audits of management systems and procedures.
• Coordinate investigation of customer complaints and provide 8D reports.
• Liaise with Sales and other departments on quality matters.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, EMS, and OSH management standards.
