Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to manage credit and recovery processes, supervise the Admin Unit, and generate monthly credit control reports. The role involves daily ageing monitoring, payment follow-up, and ensuring accurate invoicing and allocation of payments.

You will also handle SOA reconciliations and assist in compliance with IMS/Hospital Accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any related field or in Accountancy/Finance.
• 1–2 years of working experience.
• Charismatic, energetic, good team spirit, courteous with strong communication and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit and recovery processes to ensure prompt invoicing and responses to inquiries.
• Supervise Admin Unit and prepare monthly credit control reports.
• Monitor daily ageing and ensure outstanding amounts stay within pre-approved terms.
• Call clients for payments and allocate payments to correct accounts.
• Prepare and reconcile statement of accounts and handle debt collection visits.
• Prepare monthly departmental reports and attend enquiries related to debts.
