Job summary

Qualifications

• A recognised Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Business Related Studies.
• Independent, reliable and meticulous in work approach.
• Fluent in Mandarin (write, read and speak) would be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Committed, confident, determined, self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell deposit products to Commercial Banking customers.
• Collaborate with borrowing team to grow deposits and drive events for deposit growth.
• Build and deepen customer loyalty and satisfaction; address defects and track results.
• Ensure high standards of sales practices and investment advice aligned with bank processes.
• Identify market opportunities and implement sales programs to achieve targets.
• Grow portfolio via new client acquisition and relationship deepening through cross-sell.
• Own customer relationships with strong KYC and knowledge of top clients.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and guidelines.
